Job Description
Summary/Objective
Assist with the shipments of all finished goods via full truckloads, less than truckloads, and customer pickups as well as maintaining accurate inventory counts. Quality and integrity will always be a priority in all shipments.
Essential Roles
- Understand the responsibilities of the work area and the stations
- Ensuring all safety procedures and policies in place are followed
- Follow production schedule to assemble complete Handler models, as well as associated subassemblies
- Installing fittings, hoses, brackets, lids, pumps and motors as required
- Apply decals, serial numbers, package finished product, production documentation
- Using power tools, chop saws, and other shop tools to complete tasks
- Final QC inspection of finished goods
- Operating sit down and stand-up reach fork truck (training and certification provided by THC)
- Inventory management: ensuring bin locations are stocked with necessary components. Communicating with Lead Supervisor when stock levels are running low.

Work Environment
The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Exposed to all weather conditions. Hot, cold, rain and snow.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and hand eye coordination while loading trucks. The employee will regularly be required to lift and/or move items over 80 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one (1) year in a manufacturing related job (Required)
6 months Forklift/Front end loader experience (Preferred)
