Mental Health Group Facilitator

We are currently hiring a Center Based Group Facilitator for our outpatient center in Garfield Heights. This is an opportunity to be at the center of children’s journeys, delivering impactful care, while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: After School Group Facilitator

Schedule and Hours:

• Full time day shift hours – no late evenings or weekends!
• Monday – Friday
• 10:30 am – 6:30 pm

Compensation: Competitive annual salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Location: 5595 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield Heights, OH 44125

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an After School Group Facilitator at InspireKids, you will be a key part of our clinical team. In this role, you will provide group therapy services in our beautiful outpatient facility using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities.
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress at home.
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to whole-child care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Ohio state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, etc.)
• 2 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children
• Experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions
• Ability to build meaningful connections with children and families
• Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
