Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our exceptional neonatal team at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado. Our Level III NICU provides advanced, aroundtheclock care for preterm and critically ill newborns, offering an incredible practice environment for NNPs committed to excellence.

About the Sky Ridge Level III NICU:

Our NICU cares for infants as early as 23 weeks’ gestation, supported by stateoftheart technology and an expert multidisciplinary team. Sky Ridge features:

  • A Level III 29-bed NICU offering comprehensive critical care for premature and ill newborns
  • 250-300 deliveries per month
  • ADC 10-15. >/= 26 weeks
  • 24 hour NNP shifts
  • 24/7 inhouse coverage by OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, and highly trained L&D nurses
  • Oncall perinatologists and neonatologists available 24/7 for advanced support

Ideal Candidates:

We are looking for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners who:

  • Bring a passion for highacuity neonatal care
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fastpaced clinical environment
  • Are committed to supporting families through compassionate, evidencebased practice
  • Candidates should have minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Level III/IV



Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
  • Candidates should have minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Level III/IV


Benefits and Compensation

Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours. Competitive sign-on bonus amount for experienced NNPs or tuition reimbursement for new NNP graduates.
