Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring an Environmental Services Technician for El Dorado Springs Medical Center! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the Department: El Dorado Springs Medical Center offers Primary Care, Walk-in hours, Mental Health Services, with access to Laboratory services and X-Ray. Services offered are acute walk-in care, geriatrics, simple procedures, contraception management, wellness care, Obstetrical care, weight loss management and pediatrics.

A typical day includes: maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, meeting department standards of cleanliness, working with other team members to set specific cleaning schedules. Maintains knowledge of appropriate department chemicals and correct usage, learns new techniques, and demonstrates awareness of safety materials (MSDS, etc.) Provides for public access to safety with proper control of chemicals, caution signs, housekeeping carts, and restrictions on work sites.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Service and attention to detail
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
• Physical: Prolong periods of standing and walking; ability to read and write documentation; Exerting 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently.
