We are seeking a polished, friendly, and service-driven Host/Hostess who takes pride in creating exceptional guest arrivals and setting the tone for a refined dining experience.

The Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and maintaining the smooth flow of the dining room. This role is critical in ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival through departure.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating flow to maximize service efficiency
• Coordinate table assignments with restaurant leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand
• Escort guests to tables while providing a gracious introduction to the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with servers and leadership regarding table status
• Assist with guest requests and minor service recovery needs
• Support restaurant operations with light side work when necessary
• Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all interactions

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous host, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Fine dining or luxury restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Full-time availability including AM & PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
