About the position:

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

    • Daily reporting and data entry from Sales and Fulfillment route sheets into CRM system
    • Assisting sales department with invoice building
    • Send invoices and take payments from customers
    • Accounts Receivable: Call to collect past due balances
    • Restocking and order items or running errands for the office
    • Pickup mail from post office
    • Scan applicable mail to Google Drive and distribute as needed
    • Check department email and respond to customers accordingly
    • Run reports
    • Onboard and offboard employees into various systems

Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience with data entry
    • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
    • Monday - Friday, starting at 8:00AM - 4:30PM
    • Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, detail-oriented, reliable, has the ability to multi-task and self driven with a strong work ethic.
    • Generally able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
