And right now… we’re looking for a high-energy Assistant Director to help lead the charge this summer.
🕒 Schedule- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- One Saturday event per month: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Consistent, reliable hours with a leadership focus
This isn’t a “stand around and supervise” job… this is a lead-from-the-front role:
- Help open and lead daily camp operations
- Support and guide coaches and counselors
- Ensure safety, structure, and FUN are happening at all times
- Build relationships with kids and families
- Jump into activities like:
- Parkour 🟢
- Karate 🥋
- Games, sports, and challenges 🏃♂️
- Arts, crafts, and creative fun 🎨
- Help create a positive, high-energy culture every single day

- At least 21 years old
- Must meet Wisconsin DCF 252.42 Director Qualifications, including ONE of the following:
- Wisconsin Afterschool & Youth Development Credential
- Bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, social work, or related field
- OR at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a children’s program
- Be able to pass a DCF background check to work with children
- Experience working with children (required)
- Reliable transportation and drivers license.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have a smartphone or computer for communication
- Naturally step into leadership situations
- Bring energy, positivity, and consistency every day
- Love mentoring and coaching others
- Can balance FUN with structure and safety
- Believe kids deserve the BEST experience possible
