Remote Marketing Director
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this high-impact role, you will lead the digital presence and spearhead aggressive lead acquisition strategies, particularly within the cannabis and emerging risk sectors. You will utilize cutting-edge AI tools to improve the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless transition from the first click to policy binding. Collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Technical teams will be crucial, as you implement data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing both client acquisition and brand authority.
Accountabilities- Take full ownership of all paid media channels, including sponsored content, search, display, and social advertising.
- Negotiate and execute high-impact sponsorships to maximize brand reach and lead flow.
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and personalized content.
- Devise ROI-driven strategies for landing pages and funnels using A/B testing and heatmapping.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure low customer acquisition costs while scaling volume.
- Implement AI-driven tools to automate content production and enhance lead scoring accuracy.
- Create and manage automated email sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Utilize data modeling to identify trends in lead behavior and optimize campaign timing.
- Lead the organic growth roadmap focusing on technical site health and strategic link-building.
- Oversee the production of industry assets, including whitepapers and compliance reports.
- Manage a network of third-party affiliates to ensure a consistent referral traffic flow.
- Lead external teams such as PPC specialists and freelance writers to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance via dashboards to provide reports and actionable insights.
- 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in high-growth startups or regulated industries is a plus.
- Proven experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Strong track record of managing substantial ad spends and negotiating sponsorship deals.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to source and manage freelancers or agencies to scale output.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of effective growth marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity and communication software.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in startup environments or interest in the cannabis industry is a plus.
