Lead Web Marketing Strategist - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Web Strategist - REMOTE. In this role, you'll drive the strategy and continuous optimization of the partner's web and digital experiences. Your work will significantly influence business outcomes by ensuring engaging, high-quality web interactions. Collaboration with various teams including Brand, Marketing, and Engineering will be essential to translate business priorities into actionable web strategies. With a focus on performance metrics and user experience, you'll gain autonomy in a dynamic work environment while maintaining a vital role in a cross-functional team.
Accountabilities- Own the web experience strategy and roadmap, aligning with marketing campaigns.
- Drive accountability for performance against KPIs and OKRs.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into prioritized tasks.
- Identify experience gaps and coordinate optimizations across web journeys.
- Define web experience principles for clarity and accessibility.
- Establish and maintain web KPIs and reporting cadences.
- Lead A/B testing and user experience research initiatives.
- Drive the execution of web initiatives by coordinating timelines and resources.
- Facilitate planning and decision-making sessions with stakeholders.
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns.
- 10+ years experience in marketing operations or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience leading web strategies and optimizations with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with customer research methods.
