Job Description
Job Title: iOS Developer – Observability & Monitoring (Sentry / Omni-channel)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer with expertise in application observability, monitoring, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust observability solutions to enhance application reliability, performance, and user experience across iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement observability and monitoring solutions for iOS applications using tools such as Sentry or similar platforms.
- Integrate and manage Push V2 notification systems, ensuring end-to-end tracking, delivery, and reliability.
- Build and enhance omni-channel observability frameworks to enable unified monitoring across T1 and M1 iOS environments.
- Monitor application performance, crashes, and logs; proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to establish end-to-end tracing, logging, and monitoring strategies.
- Drive improvements in application stability, performance metrics, and alerting mechanisms using modern observability practices.
- Support release cycles through monitoring dashboards, incident tracking, and post-release validation activities.
- Strong hands-on experience in iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Proven experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry (or equivalent platforms).
- Solid understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Experience working with Push Notifications (Push V2) and event tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture, debugging, and crash analysis.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
