About the role
Realm Health is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our Account Management team. This is a salaried, full-time, client-facing role — not a sales position. You will be the trusted point of contact for an assigned book of insurance clients in the small business sector, focused entirely on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships. What you'll do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Build trust-based relationships by understanding each client's needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver timely, high-quality service
- Monitor account activity and communicate key updates or insights to clients
- Proactively identify and address client concerns before they become problems
- Prepare and present account reports to clients and management
- Stay informed on industry trends to better serve and advise your clients
- Collaborate across departments to meet client expectations and team goals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management (non-sales roles welcome)
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent service
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities at once
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with CRMs or similar tools is a plus
The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 58,000 USD per year(Dallas, Texas)
