Body Shop Parts Specialist

Job Description:

    The Body Shop Parts Specialist is responsible for sourcing, ordering, receiving, and tracking parts for Russell Barnett Certified Collision Center's repair orders, along with communicating the delivery dates of parts and back orders to the Estimate Writer. The job will require labor in regards to unloading and loading parts, strong resilience under stress, and accepting the loud workplace environment. The Body Shop is a professional workplace environment, but it also can be a very demanding workplace environment. Once understanding the full responsibilities of the essentials to the position, there will be training in writing their own repair orders.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn the Auto-Mate for repair order and part cataloging and CCC for parts ordering and tracking.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to accept a loud and sometimes chaotic work environment.
• Ability to lift heavy and/or awkward objects.
