Apprentice – (Helper / Shop Hand)
Reports To: Journeyman or Foreman Experience: 0–2 years
Role Summary
Provides labor support while learning basic trade skills in a safety-focused environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Assist skilled trades with materials, prep, and tools
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow all safety rules and jobsite procedures
• Perform tasks as assigned with supervision
Pay Band
• Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)
Performance Expectations (Measurable)
• Safety: Zero preventable safety incidents
• Attendance: ≥ 98% on-time attendance
• Work Quality: Completes assigned tasks without rework due to negligence
• Development: Demonstrates documented skill improvement by 90-day review
