Pediatric Physical Therapist (Ages 0–3) – Home Based Early Intervention
Location: Stockton, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time

Our center features specialized pediatric equipment and a state-of-the-art sensory gym. We are a highly rated Early Start program known for exceptional family support and developmental outcomes.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and special needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct developmental and motor evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for children ages 0–3 in a home or center-based setting.

  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill development beyond the center.

  • Work within a team-based, collaborative environment.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and IFSP collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

  • Current California PT license required

  • Pediatric internship and experience a plus.

  • Works well in a school educational environment.

  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills.

  • CPR certification.

  • Bilingual languages a plus.

Compensation
  • Part-time compensation prorated

  • Additional compensation based on experience
