Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.50/hour
Midwest Family of Companies is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join our team.
This role requires strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a team-oriented office setting.
Skills required:
  • Strong understanding of medical billing & collections, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Familiar with insurance billing, including working with various payers, Medicaid, Medicare, HMO/MCO and understanding Explanation of Benefits
  • Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
  • Efficient in Data Entry with speed of at least 60 wpm
  • Skilled, detail-oriented, adaptable problem solver
  • Ability to prioritize multiple task/projects to meet critical deadlines
  • Experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • Proficiency in Medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) Systems
  • Familiar with Primary Solutions to generate timely billing

Education &/or Experience:
  • Minimum High School Diploma
