ServiceNow Functional Analyst - HRSD at BCMC – Falls Church, Virginia

BCMC is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to support customer environment operations. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis/management consulting and business advisory services.

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 5 years of experience with bachelor's degree in business or technical field, OR 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Experience implementing processes, workflows and capabilities
• Experience with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective, including User Acceptance Testing facilitation and execution, and End User Training planning
• Experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering and discovery session facilitation
