**To the salesperson reading this on your slow Tuesday:**

You know the feeling. You hit the floor at 9 a.m., the lot is quiet, the BDC has 4 leads for the whole team, and your manager is in his office with the door closed. Your pay plan got "adjusted" again last quarter. You're a good closer trapped in a store that isn't giving you anything to close — and even when you do close one, you're waiting two more weeks to actually see the money.

Elmhurst Ford is hiring, and we built this place for people like you.

We move **250+ units a month** with a super skilled staff. This isn't a turnaround project, it isn't a "we used to be busy" pitch. The store is running, the staff is sharp, and we're adding seats for pros who can keep pace.

Requirements:

**The pay plan:**

We pay on the front AND the back end of every deal. F&I makes money? You make money. No clawbacks, no fine print, no "we restructured." You sell the car, you get paid on the car.

**And you get paid every week.** Not on the 15th. Not after a settle-up review. Every week, as you produce. The money you earned Monday isn't sitting on someone's desk until next month — it's in your account.

**The traffic:**

40 to 60 leads a day. One of the fastest-turning used inventories in Chicagoland — our cars are priced to sell, not to decorate the lot. We spend on marketing because we expect you to close.

**The floor:**

Open showroom. No first-up system. No standing in a line waiting for your turn while your repeat customer walks past you to someone else. You work your business, your CRM, your relationships.

**The integrity:**

We don't bait and switch. The price online is the price on the lot. You will never have to explain to a customer why the car they drove an hour to see is suddenly $3,000 more. You sell the honest way and you sleep at night.

**The management:**

Our desk managers get up. They walk the floor, they work deals with you, they don't just decline numbers from behind a desk. When you need backup, you get it.

Bring that, we'll handle the rest — and you'll be learning the trade alongside one of the sharpest staffs in the area.

**Who shouldn't apply:**

• If you need constant direction to do your job, this isn't the place. We hire adults.

• If every slow month is somebody else's fault — the manager, the leads, the inventory, the weather — we're not the cure. A victim mentality kills careers in this industry, and we won't carry it.

• If your resume shows 4 or more dealerships in the last 3 years, we're probably not a fit. We're building something long-term and we want people who plant a flag.
