This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving and working at the intersection of business analysis and IT delivery.

Accountabilities:

  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications to guide development and testing teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and refine requirements.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Maintain, update, and manage requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to validate delivered solutions.
  • Contribute to project coordination, communication, and quality management efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, requirements management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured technical requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Familiarity with requirements or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Visio is a plus.
  • Experience working in government or regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Opportunities to work on mission-driven government and public sector projects.
  • Professional development and exposure to Agile delivery environments.
  • Collaborative and structured work environment with cross-functional teams.
