  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Support, and Deployment) to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Maintain data quality, governance standards, reporting accuracy, and system documentation across the platform
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce technical debt, and improve platform usability and automation
  • Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous system improvement initiatives
  • Leverage Salesforce AI and automation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting workflows
Requirements:

  • Strong experience owning QA processes, including testing strategy, regression testing, and release validation
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (required)
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience with release management, sandbox strategy, and structured change control processes
  • Strong ability to balance tactical execution with long-term system scalability and architecture thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with enterprise-level integrations or automation environments is an asset
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations, Sales, or Customer Success workflows is a plus
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities or similar automation tools is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of CAD 78,330 – 100,000 plus equity participation
  • Fully remote work model within Canada
  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage with no waiting period
  • Health spending account and wellness reimbursement program
  • Meaningful equity offering for all full-time employees
  • Flexible work approach with autonomy over how work is delivered
  • Strong learning culture with growth opportunities based on impact and contribution
  • Collaborative, transparent, and trust-driven work environment
