Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Categorization: Act as the first point of contact for leads to verify prospecting quality and ensure they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Support Go-To-Market Execution: Assist in the implementation of GTM plans by aligning sales efforts with growth strategies (Acquisition & Activation).
- Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales funnel within HubSpot, ensuring lead data integrity and proper categorization.
- Data-Driven Prospecting: Use data analysis to identify patterns in high-quality leads and improve targeting efficiency, generating Sales Qualified Leads
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor the flow from "Initial Contact → Qualified Lead → Opportunity" to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality coming from performance campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
- CRM Automation: Set up and maintain basic automations and follow-up sequences in HubSpot to increase lead engagement.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields (preferably from ESPM).
- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (essential for regional lead interaction).
- Technical Skills: * Solid experience in Data Analysis.
- Advanced command of HubSpot (CRM).
- Proficiency in data extraction and reporting.
- Experience: Previous experience in Marketing or Business Development roles with a focus on lead vetting or sales support.
- Availability: Willingness to travel approximately every 2 months.
Nice to Have
- Experience with subscription models (SaaS) or mobile app ecosystems.
- Knowledge of growth metrics applied to sales (Conversion rates, Lead-to-Opportunity ratio).
- Experience in the streaming, media, or tech industry.
