Responsibilities· Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
· Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry-level service work.
· Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.
· Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.
· Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.
· Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.
· Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.
· Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
· Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from senior technicians.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

ScheduleFull-time, including weekends as required.
Requirements: ADA Essential Duties· Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 pounds (with assistance).
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
· Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop for extended periods.
· Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
· Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
