Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager with deep Shopify expertise to spearhead significant e-commerce initiatives. This pivotal role demands collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide bespoke solutions to our global enterprise clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead Shopify Plus projects end-to-end.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams, aligning projects with client objectives.
- Lead project planning, defining requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Translate complex technicalities for non-tech stakeholders, including clients and ensuring mutual understanding.
- Resolve intricate technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions, particularly in Shopify integrations and customizations to solve
- Maintain ongoing client communication for updates and feedback, refining project outcomes.
- Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and adapt to ensure timely delivery.
- Cultivate teamwork and uphold excellence in all project facets.
- Manage other resources to enable project completion start to finish including solutioning, design, development and QA
- Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures creation and implementation
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in technical project management, especially in e-commerce and digital commerce.
- Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, its functionalities, and industry best practices.
- Experienced in handling large catalogs, complex data, and integrating legacy systems.
- Experience with retail POS and WMS systems
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess.
- Aptitude for handling multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic setting.
- Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP’s, Accounting Systems and other business systems.
- You live in the Vancouver area, and you’re able to work on-site in downtown Vancouver (hybrid arrangement)

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 130,000 CAD per year(Vancouver)
