Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve brewed and espresso coffee drinks, teas, juices, and smoothies
• Maintains a high level of product quality by adhering to all New Morning recipes and drink quality standards
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
• Assist in inventory (ingredients) management and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
• Promote our menu offerings and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
