  • Outreach & Representation:
    • Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce K2’s services and partnership opportunities
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and community healthcare gatherings as a representative and brand ambassador for K2
    • Schedule and lead introductory meetings to present site capabilities, patient demographics, therapeutic expertise, and competitive advantages
    • Customize messaging and presentations based on audience (sponsors, CROs, physicians, community organizations, or strategic partners)
  • Pipeline & Collaboration:
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clinical trial and partnership opportunities
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach, meetings, and follow-up activities within the CRM system
    • Partner closely with Feasibility Specialists and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
    • Monitor and report on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and business development progress
  • Market Awareness & Reporting:
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging therapeutic areas, and regional healthcare dynamics
    • Prepare regular reports summarizing outreach activity, partnership development, and growth opportunities
    • Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong alignment with K2’s mission, values, and patient-first culture
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to varied audiences
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
