Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Location: Misrata

Contract: 2 years renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire hospital pharmacy operations (inpatient + outpatient).
• Manage drug procurement, inventory, narcotics, and cold-chain.
• Lead clinical pharmacy team, antibiotic stewardship, and PTC meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Libyan MOH regulations and JCI standards (where applicable).
• Budgeting, staff training, and policy implementation.

Requirements

• PharmD or M.Pharm + Master’s in Hospital Pharmacy Management is a plus.
• Minimum 7–12 years hospital pharmacy experience with at least 3–5 years as Pharmacy Manager / Head of Department.
• Valid license + Prometric/DataFlow completed or ready.
• Strong Arabic & English.
• Age <52 years.
• Previous Middle East/GCC/Libya experience = big advantage.
