As a Patient Coordinator at our Minnetonka location, youll be the welcoming face of our med spa, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

• Warmly greet patients in person and on the phonesetting the tone for a five-star experience
• Schedule consultations, injectable treatments, skincare services, and laser appointments
• Manage appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Present treatment plans, pricing, promotions, and financing options
• Guide new patients through paperwork, intake, and EMR documentation (Nextech)
• Communicate effectively with providers about patient goals and expectations

Practice Support

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our EMR system
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold patient privacy protocols
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline operations
• Support promotions and events by answering inquiries and booking patients
• Assist with physical inventory counts of retail, injectable, and wellness products to ensure accurate tracking and replenishment

Professional Growth & Team Contribution

• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing education to stay current with industry trends
• Represent Skin Artisans with professionalism, polish, and kindness every day

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or high-end customer service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a dynamic environment
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; EMR experience a plus)
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and helping people feel confident
