About This Position
Sol Up HVAC LLC are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions to residential and/or commercial clients. This role combines technical knowledge of HVAC systems with strong sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Prepare and present detailed quotes, proposals, and financing options that align with customer requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals while meeting company pricing guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long term business.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with installation, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position company solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building systems, or related technical sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored HVAC solutions.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field visits and on-site appointments).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to:
- Lift or carry up to 30 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
- Physically access all work areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability for prolonged periods of time to sit, walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
- Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Work indoors and outdoors, be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, heat, cold, noise, dust, fragrance aromas.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $150,000+ Commission-based only.
Schedule:
Full-time, must complete essential role responsibilities on a consistent and regular basis based on business demands

Work Environment
This is an outside sales role that may require travel within an assigned territory, attendance at trade shows or industry events, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
