McCLARIN Composites is currently seeking a full-time, Paint Prep to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The paint prep position prepares products for painting and repairs minor imperfections. This is a 1st shift position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Sands product exterior in preparation of painting.
• Tapes/masks products for painting.
• Reworks products with nonconforming paint issues.
• May perform some simple repair/prep procedures such as putty work or touch up painting.
• Inspect finished work, completing any associated forms/checklists.
• Stages products for next workstation.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
