Overview of the role:
As a Director of Central Operations, you will be highly organized and detail-oriented to support our company's operations. The Director of Central Operations will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational issues and inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of projects and assignments.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor operational metrics and provide reports to management as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and other initiatives to support the company's objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on operational processes as needed.
- Create and maintain project reports, documentation, and other project-related material
- Develop project plans, timelines, and detailed plans to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Handle daily opening duties to ensure operations are ready for the day.
- Complete, perform, and oversee opening duties to ensure operational readiness.
Please note a minimum of 40 hours per week is required. Due to the 7-day nature of our operation, some weekend and evening work may be required as determined by your direct manager and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- This role requires travel
