Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service. This position involves cleaning and maintaining residential spaces during daytime hours..
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen and restroom disinfection.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the standards set by Ashland Cleaning.
Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Report maintenance issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and withstand repetitive motions.
Applicants should be comfortable working in homes with pets, as residential clients may have dogs, cats, or other household animals present during scheduled cleanings.
Reliable transportation is highly preferred.
