JL Dobbs Inc. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Construction Equipment Rental Salesperson to join our team and expand our footprint across New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Northern Maryland, and New York. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for solving customer challenges. As a key member of our business development team, youll be responsible for driving sales of our crane, rigging, trucking, and storage serviceshelping clients find the right solutions and ensuring their satisfaction from first contact to project completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a book of business with both new and existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
Meet with clients to understand their project needs and propose customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to support long-term relationships and repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Track sales activity and customer interactions using internal systems.
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Represent JL Dobbs Inc. professionally at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience in outside sales preferredconstruction or industrial sales experience a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage time independently.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, and related tools.
$60,000 - $120,000 base + commission (based on experience, with advancement opportunities)
