Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ashland, MO. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals improve their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the communication and swallowing needs of each patient. The SLP will work closely with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to promote functional progress and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner
  
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and communication strategies
  
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Missouri (required)
  
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (required)
  
• Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
