Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met

- Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or dietary options

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas

- Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards is a plus
