Sales Performance Motivator & Coach
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
We are looking for a high-energy, people-driven Sales Performance Motivator & Coach to ignite and develop two of the most important teams in our business: our Sales Consultants and our Call Center team.
This role is for someone who walks into a room and raises the energy. Someone who can command attention, spark belief, build confidence, and make people want to be better. You are a motivator at your core; someone who knows how to connect with people, lift them up, and push them forward. Beyond that, you know how to coach consistently and teach effectively, turning that motivation into lasting growth and real skill development.
You do not need to come from a direct sales background. What matters most is your ability to inspire action, coach through challenges, and guide people through real development. We are looking for a strong communicator with a counselor-like approach who can push people forward while still making them feel supported.
What You'll Do
You will play a major role in how our Sales Consultants and Call Center team members are energized, developed, and supported from day one and beyond.
Motivate and Inspire
- Building a culture of accountability, belief, and constant improvement across both teams
- Helping team members overcome confidence issues, mindset barriers, and self-doubt
- Setting a tone of energy, professionalism, and high expectations that people want to rise to
- Being a visible, trusted presence that people turn to when they need a push or a lift
Coach and Develop
- Providing one-on-one coaching to help individuals work through communication gaps, inconsistency, or performance barriers
- Identifying where individuals or teams are struggling and guiding them toward improvement
- Reinforcing skills through coaching sessions, role-play, workshops, and follow-up conversations
- Partnering with leadership to strengthen team development and keep growth efforts aligned with business goals
Train and Equip
- Leading onboarding training for new Sales Consultants and Call Center team members
- Helping new hires build communication skills, professionalism, and readiness
- Creating a strong learning experience that sets the foundation for performance and success
- Delivering continuous learning and ongoing development for existing team members, not just new hires

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in coaching, motivational leadership, training, teaching, counseling, facilitation, employee development, or a related field
- Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
- Strong presence, energy, and communication skills
- Experience leading group sessions and one-on-one coaching conversations
- Ability to build trust, influence behavior, and inspire improvement
- Strong emotional intelligence and a counselor-style approach to development
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(HQ)
