Complex Care Assistant Blackburn

Pay: 14.2416.80 per hour (including holiday pay), depending on the care package youre allocated to

Location: Blackburn and surrounding areas

Hours: Day and night shifts, typically 812 hours, Monday to Sunday (weekend availability required)

Male and female carers welcome. Drivers and non-drivers considered.

Routes Healthcare is a complex care provider, not an agency. We provide specialist 1-2-1 care to people with complex health needs in their own homes.

The role

Youll support clients with long-term complex conditions, working to detailed care plans written by our clinical team. Depending on the package, this can include personal care, medication support, clinical observations, nutritional support, and helping clients stay socially active. Youll work with the same clients on consistent shift patterns.

What you need

• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
• The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
• Reliability and commitment to completing shifts once booked
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
