The Taco John’s Team is responsible for delivering a fast, friendly, and high-quality dining experience for every customer. This role supports daily restaurant operations by preparing food, operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are consistently followed.

Team Members greet customers, take and prepare orders, and provide accurate and efficient service. Responsibilities include food preparation according to company recipes and standards, maintaining clean and organized workstations, restocking supplies, and supporting overall restaurant operations. This position also ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies while contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Taco John’s Team Members are expected to be dependable, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for certain equipment or duties)

• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards including Taco John's and Lynn's Inc. & Affiliates policies
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
