Job Overview:
Deliver high-quality care through individual and group therapy, treatment planning, clinical assessments, and case management in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Accepting licenses including:
- LCDCII, LCDCIII, LICDC
- LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S
- LSW, LISW, LISW-S
- Or equivalent licensure recognized by Ohio CDPB or CSWMFT Board
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual and group counseling (CBT, MI, trauma-informed care)
- Complete intake assessments, ASAMs, biopsychosocials, and diagnostic summaries
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with case management, nursing, and medical staff
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in EHR
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio license (LCDCII, LCDCIII, LICDC, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
- CPR certification required (company-sponsored if needed)
- Experience with SUD and co-occurring disorders preferred (not required)
