Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility) Job Type: PRN Shifts: 7a–7p

• Agency-competitive pay packages (based on experience and shift)
• 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable)
• Consistent assignment focus and strong team support
• Real orientation with a CNA preceptor

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)
• Answer call lights and ensure resident safety
• Measure and record vital signs and I/O as assigned
• Assist with meal service and repositioning
• Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse
• Support a respectful, resident-centered care culture

• Current CNA certification (state-approved)
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new CNAs welcome with training)
• Dependable attendance and team-first attitude
