About the role

Onesource Amusement LLC is seeking a part-time Assistant Bookkeeper to assist with our financial operations! In this role, you will support the accounting department by assisting with essential bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, contribute to precise financial reporting, and support the overall health of our organization’s finances. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your accounting skills within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What you'll do

• Enter and code vendor bills and customer invoices
• Post payments and record daily financial transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage receipt capture, upload, and transaction attachment
• Assist with month-end close preparation
• Provide support on additional accounting projects as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred

Schedule 20-29 hours a week
