About the role

Seeking a motivated Operations business Intern to support our team in day-to-day operational activities. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Objectives

Gain practical knowledge of operational workflows and business processes.

Develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

Learn how to manage projects and coordinate with multiple departments.

Understand compliance, documentation, and quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating operational documentation and reports.

Support process improvement initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Help monitor inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation as needed.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
