We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer who will revolutionize how we create and maintain documentation using AI.
You'll partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional documentation that drives customer success and internal efficiency.
- Lead documentation strategy for both customer-facing and internal documentation across our SaaS platform.
- Write, update, review, and publish product documentation (e.g. Online content, guides, Release Notes, Technical documents).
- Pioneer AI-enhanced documentation workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs to dramatically accelerate content creation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to transform product specs and requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
- Partner with Engineering, Support, and CSM to ensure documentation meets diverse stakeholder needs.
- Audit, restructure, and modernize existing documentation to improve findability and usability.
- Build reusable templates, style guides, and processes that scale across the organization.
- Train and mentor team members on AI-powered documentation best practices.
- Analyze documentation metrics to identify gaps and continuously improve content quality.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the bridge between technical complexity and user clarity.
- What You'll Bring:
Required:
- 7+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality documentation for complex software products.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly understand APIs, integrations, and technical architecture.
- Excellence in written communication with ability to adapt tone for different audiences (developers, end-users, internal teams).
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-value documentation that measurably improves customer outcomes.
- Self-starter mentality with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content creation.
- Track record of establishing documentation processes and standards from scratch.
- Experience training or mentoring other writers.
- Familiarity with documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion).
- Background in developer documentation (APIs,integration guides).
- Be at the forefront of AI-powered documentation transformation.
