Gatehouse Attendant Maintenance Helper at Esplanade Equity LLC – Treasure Island, Florida

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

 Control access to and provide surveillance for Land’s End property.

 Handle emergencies / inform authorities and management (including competency

in elevator evacuation)

 Perform inspection rounds.

 Advise owners, renters and guests of the Community Rules and Regulations.

 Provide routine services including open and close Clubhouse and uncover spas and

control tennis courts.

 Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

 Maintaining gardens and planting beds, including planting, weeding, soil

conditioning and mulching.

 Raking and removing leaves, limbs and other debris on the property.

 Keeping outdoor furniture clean and in good repair.

 Sweeping/blowing walkways, parking garages and removing debris.

 Perform all other duties assigned or needed – situations not covered must be dealt

with in a professional manner and common sense, reporting such incidents in the

Gate House Log and bringing them to the attention of management.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.

 Requires a high school diploma/GED or an equivalent number of years of education.

 Must be motivated and able to work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds with

heavier weight necessary at times.
