What you'll do

• Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance (no prior finance background required).
• Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Operate as one team: collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and directly influence product direction with customer feedback.
• Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success.

• Bureaucracy. No 3-month approvals to launch a feature.
• Politics. No fighting other teams for headcount or scope.
• Build for the void. We ship what customers actually need.

• You enjoy being customer-facing and technical — explaining complex systems in simple, convincing ways.
• You can translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions.
• You’re comfortable working across SQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks.
• You’re curious about AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems — and eager to apply them to real-world use cases.
• You write clearly, speak confidently, and can adapt your communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role is beneficial but not strictly required. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and unstructured data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
