• Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Schedule: 32 hours week one / 40 hours week two
• Shift: 10:45pm to 7:15am
• Department: Memory Care
  

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in our Memory Care unit
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Support residents with dementia and memory-related conditions in a safe, structured environment
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and infection control standards
