Compensation:$125,500 - $212,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
- Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the team, helping us continuously improve our service.
- Stay informed about local market trends, offering clients valuable insights and advice.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client experiences and outcomes.
- Experience in customer service or sales, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with the Fort Wayne real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple showings and client interactions.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to coordinate schedules and communicate with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring properties are presented impeccably during showings.
