Appointment Setter WFH at Spade Recruiting – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

In this role, you will work with members who have already expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs. There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales — all interactions are conducted through scheduled virtual appointments.

For over 60 years, our organization has partnered with labor unions, credit unions, and associations across North America to provide members with access to supplemental benefit programs.

Our focus is on education and service — helping individuals and families better understand their options and make informed decisions about their financial protection.

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with members

• Provide clear information about available benefit programs

• Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation

• Answer questions and guide members through their coverage options

• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes

• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, reliable, and well-organized

• Comfortable using basic computer tools (Zoom, email, data entry)

• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment

• Customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required

• Must be eligible to pass a background check
