Shift Supervisors, as directed, supervise operational activities during non-service hours and assists exempt management in supervision during service hours. The position may supervise operational activities during non-peak service hours after the restaurant dining room closes and for limited times during management sickness, vacation, training classes, bank runs, emergencies, etc. This individual must have leadership experience, high personal hygiene standards, and be customer focus driven.
