Our mission is to simplify, humanize, and demystify wellness solutions for longevity and weight managementJob SummaryThe Ad Designer is responsible for producing high-volume, high-performing creative assets across paid social and search platforms. This role owns the end-to-end design and production of static ad creatives, leveraging AI-driven workflows to deliver at scale without compromising qualityThis is a performance-focused role requiring speed, precision, and the ability to operate within a high-output environmentKey ResponsibilitiesProduce high-volume static ad creatives across Meta and Google platformsDesign assets across multiple placements including feed, stories, reels, display, and responsive formatsBuild and maintain AI-driven creative production workflowsCollaborate with copywriters and media buyers on campaign conceptsMaintain brand consistency and visual quality across all outputsDevelop and iterate on creative variants for A/B testingStay current on platform requirements and evolving AI capabilitiesWhat We Require4+ years of experience designing performance-driven ad creatives for Meta and/or GoogleAdvanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe PhotoshopProven experience producing high volumes of creative output in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of direct response design principles including hierarchy, contrast, and conversion-focused layoutsPortfolio demonstrating production-ready ad creative, including AI-assisted workStrong systems thinking with the ability to build scalable creative workflowsPreferred RequirementsExperience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Luma Labs, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Ideogram, or similarExperience with prompt engineering for consistency and scalable asset generationFamiliarity with AI-based post-production workflows including upscaling, inpainting, and asset refinementExperience with motion design or lightweight video productionExperience in telehealth, wellness, or regulated consumer product environmentsFamiliarity with performance marketing metrics and creative testing frameworksWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceFully remote, flexible work environmentOpportunity to operate within a high-performance marketing teamAccess to tools and resources to support AI-driven creative workflowsOpportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-output creative operation
