Pay: Salary range starts at $65,021 annually (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Hybrid Remote

Job Summary
The Recruiting Manager plans and manages all aspects of the recruitment process and supports talent management initiatives in alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic plan. This HR leader partners with operations leadership at all levels, maintains a comprehensive understanding of talent requirements and opportunities, and develops impactful strategies to recruit qualified talent to the organization.
Essential Functions
- Develops and executes comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partners with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and hiring priorities
- Establishes and monitors recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Drives continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Attends interviews to support and coach hiring managers and interview panels
- Optimizes use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Leads, mentors, and develops a team of recruiters; manages team workload and capacity planning; fosters a collaborative, high performing team culture
- Maintains knowledge of sourcing best practices and develops sourcing strategies to build applicant pipelines; develops community partnerships and programs to enhance sourcing opportunities; represents Valley at career fairs and events
- Collaborates with clinical leadership to engage interns regarding career opportunities
- Supports employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation in the talent market
- Manages relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendors
- Manages a portfolio of high-priority requisitions and focuses resources on mission-critical talent requirements
- Develops and supports processes to ensure selection quality and compliance
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Two years of professional recruiting experience
