Inside Sales & Quotation Specialist, focusing on Sales in the Caribbean, Central and South American markets. Responsible for working alongside the Sales team to assist in researching items, creating quotes, entering sales orders, tracking orders and handling logistics. Employee will facilitate communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient order process. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Inside Sales to support our export sales team working on projects throughout the Caribbean.
This is a highly data-driven role focused on quoting, order processing, and vendor coordination. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and communicating with both vendors and customers—this could be a great fit.
Tasks & Skills Required
• Strong organization skills
• Preparing and analyzing quotes for project-based sales
• Entering sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices, at direction of sales rep(s)
• Comparing vendor pricing and performing price analysis
• Communicating with vendors for pricing, lead times, and order updates
• Working closely with customers and the sales team to keep projects moving
• Take direction and communicate directly with sales rep(s) and directors to have complete understanding of current needs of customer and all pending orders.
• Open to learning about import/export sales/distribution
• Ready to grow with a fast paced, growing small business
• Ready to collaborate in a team-focused environment
• Full time, In Office required

Background & Experience Requested
• English speaking. Bilingual a plus, not required
• Experience in building materials, plumbing, construction consumables
• Hardware/Supply House/Sales Environment
• Background in quoting or inside sales
